Stop. Clear these first.

These are personal commitments that genuinely need you. Routine lead outreach lives in Contact Queue and is worked separately by the dialer / Agent OS.

Today

Never-Lost
Every deep lead that stalled, ranked by how close it is to closing, whether it is heating up or dying, and how much premium is sitting in it. Nothing here can rot: past its chase cadence it screams at the top. Work this before any cold dial.
Command
One state per opportunity, one next action, one owner, one reason. This is the autopilot: it shows what needs your judgment, what the machine is holding on its own, and where revenue is leaking, and it guarantees nothing sits unowned.
Outbox
Every message waiting to go out, across every campaign. Cancelling one here stops that message without stopping the campaign for everyone else.
Operations
KEEP THE PROMISE / WORK THE BOOK

Your business, in motion.

Client care, your message identity, and execution you can actually read.

The automation operating system. Every automation, its switch, what it is working on, the audit trail of everything it did, and the health of every connected piece. The machine drafts by default; flip Full auto when you trust it to send.
Numbers
Every caller ID you dial from, ranked by whether people still answer it. A number that gets flagged as spam does not tell you, it just stops connecting. This watches the answer rate on each one and pulls a burned number out of rotation before it costs you a week of dials.
Inbox
Every SMS conversation, newest first. Replies arrive here without opening a lead. Opening one is the same conversation as Text on the file. Templates and contextual drafts are in the reply box of every conversation.

Get set up

Five steps, in any order. Each one is checked against your real account, so a tick means it works. Come back any time from Today.

Underwriting
One client profile, every carrier at once. Type two letters to find a condition or a drug. Each carrier reads OK, ASK, GRADED, NO or VERIFY, with the reason and the source underneath. Nothing here is a carrier decision, and anything the loaded guides do not cover says so instead of guessing.
People
One person, one file. Prospects and clients live here, and quotes, applications, calls, texts, policies, tasks and history stay attached to the same person. Saved views narrow the same records; they are not separate databases.
Contact Queue
Routine outreach the system can keep working. Personal promises and human-only work stay in Today / Tasks.
Pipeline
Every open deal, placed at the furthest stage its file proves: New, Contacted, Quoted, Appointment, Application, Underwriting, Approved and In force. It is the same stepper you see on a lead. Closed and do-not-call files are left off. Moving a card forward saves the status on the file.
Stale
No activity in 48+ hours. Call them or kill them.
Urgent
Payment issues flagged mid-policy. These are actual chargeback risk, act same day.
Dial
Pick who to call, choose how, then start. Everything else stays on this screen.

General principles, applies to every call regardless of product
  • Be interested, not interesting. Listen more than you talk. They'll sell themselves if you ask the right questions and actually hear the answers.
  • You be right and I'll be rich. Don't correct them on things that don't matter. Save your correctness for the parts that actually protect them, health questions, coverage details, the application itself.
  • 3 yeses to open. Confirm name, DOB, address before anything else. Builds trust fast by confirming things they already know are true.
  • Always option-close. Never leave an open question hanging. "Does that make sense?" or "which of these makes more sense for you" instead of silence after you explain something.
  • Never coach an answer on a medical question. If the true answer is yes, it's yes, even if it changes the outcome. A policy issued on a misrepresented health answer can get rescinded when the family needs it most, that's worse than not writing the case at all.
Handle any objection
The ones likely at this point in the call are up top. Tap for the exact words.

Builds a Gmail signature with your photo, name, NPN, and a Book a time button. Fill it in, copy, then paste into Gmail Settings, General, Signature.

Uses your NPN, FFL email, callback number, and booking link from the n8n card in Settings, Integrations. Save those first.

What counts as required
Build
You are running v?. This reads the real deployed version. If a deploy ever looks like it did not land, hard refresh with Cmd or Ctrl and Shift and R; only clear site data if the number is still behind after that.
Dialer

Voicemail drop
Text after a voicemail
When the dialer leaves a voicemail, send this text straight after. A voicemail plus a text is what gets callbacks on aged leads. Use {name} for their first name. Sends once per person per day no matter how many times you reach their machine.
Every message must let people stop. Opt-out language is added to the first text automatically, and STOP replies are honoured.
Sending and calling numbers
Your number inventory lives on the server and is shared by Smart Caller ID and Smart Texter ID. Health, usage and resting state are shown in Campaigns, Numbers.

n8n connection

One webhook does everything: dial via voice, send email/SMS, pull Knockout qualifications. Import the Pactline workflow JSON into n8n, activate it, then paste the production URL here.

Quoter links
Paste your Insurance Toolkits Lite Links. Each one you fill in becomes a one-tap button on every lead file, so you can quote FE, term, or IUL mid-call without hunting for a bookmark.
These links are tied to your paid Toolkits account, so keep them to yourself and colleagues rather than posting them anywhere public.

Status automation rules
Decide what happens to a lead's status when you log a disposition, immediately or after however many times it happens. Applies to any status or disposition, built-in or custom.
Import CSV lead drop

Upload or paste a CSV. Pactline recognizes inconsistent headers (DOB / Date of Birth / birthday, comments / notes, activity / history), normalizes US states, preserves timeline history, and skips duplicate phones. Unknown data is never treated as a different field by guesswork.

Drop a file here to load it automatically, or paste directly above.
Flow: upload or paste → automatic mapping → review/correct → normalization → duplicate check → import → timeline history.
Duplicate numbers
List health
How far through each list you are, and whether it is still producing. A list with no contacts in fifty dials is burnt, and grinding it feels like work while earning nothing.
Data

Export weekly. This is your only backup.

Secure vault
Full SSNs and full bank account numbers are stored on the client file, encrypted with a passphrase only you know. Unlock once per session to read or save them.
Check my setup
Ten green ticks means every part of the calling machine is alive: login, phone engine, recording, transcription, and the AI. Run this any time something feels off, before assuming the app is broken.
Live fire test
The only proof that counts: the system calls YOUR cell through the exact same batch machinery it uses on leads. Answer it and say hello like a customer would. Pass looks like this: you hear ringback in the app the whole time, then a chime and your name in the app the moment you answer, and both sides can talk. If it stays silent or drops, the trail below will say why.
Two-way SMS pipeline
Live backend state, not a checklist. Reply to a Pactline text from your phone, then press Check.
Microphone check
Run this before a session. A dead headset costs you a whole block of dials before you notice.
Toolkits
Every quoter and underwriting tool, one tap away. Paste your links once and they live here.
Your daily dial engine
This drives the pace bar on Today and the ring while you dial. Set the number that realistically makes you a sale and the hours you dial. The app always shows the small catch-up number, never the scary total.
Goals
Your ramp, your daily bar, and whether today counted. Everything here is editable.
Calendar
One schedule for the things you personally committed to: appointments, callbacks, reminders and tasks. Routine automated outreach stays in Contact Queue.

Clients
Everyone on the books. Approved and in-force policies live here, out of your active lead list. Needs completing lists the files still missing a required field; what counts as required is set in Settings, Profile.
Rate freshness
Every product, sorted by how long since it was actually checked against a real current source. Carriers change products without warning, Eagle Select is the proof.
Quotes
Priced, but no application has gone in. Sorted oldest first, because a quote nobody followed up is how a sold case quietly stops existing.
Applications
Submitted and waiting on the carrier. Oldest first: the one that has been sitting longest is the one at risk.

Everything that needs you, newest first. What rings your phone is set in Notification settings.
Production
The headline row compares the range you pick with the period just before it. The filters apply to the whole page. Premium and commission count every sale on file by the date it was written; issued AP counts policies by the date they issued. Every number opens the records behind it.
Premium and commission
Chargeback riskIf live policies stopped paying today
Written and issuedThe funnel, with every record behind it
Career track
Where you stand on your compensation ladder, what the next level actually costs in issued business, and what this month has to look like. Contract levels count issued paid production. Bonuses count qualified premium, which is a different number.
AP & IP
What is on the books right now, and what is still coming. Every figure is the annualized premium of policies that actually exist, never a projection.
Pending Policies
Approved, not yet in force. Sorted by how long each has been sitting, so the oldest is impossible to miss.
Payout Calendar
Issued policies and the date the commission actually lands, from each carrier's own payout rule. Carriers with no rule on file are flagged, never guessed at.
Carrier Rates
Comp rate by carrier and product, advance rate, and when each carrier actually pays. Add a carrier, edit a rate, change a payout rule - one field, not a rebuild.
Leaderboards
Who is leading on submitted AP, issued AP, apps, closes, dials and talk time, for your team, your agency and your IMO. A sale posts here on its own when a lead becomes Sold, Approved, Client or In force. Across connected workspaces only these numbers are shared, never clients.
Commissions
Import a carrier commission statement (CSV or Excel). Each line is matched to a policy and written to its commission record, so paid, chargebacks and net earned come from the carrier's own figures. The reconciliation below compares what you expected with what was paid.
Reports
What actually happened, by day, by source, by outcome.
Call history
Every logged call, most recent first, across every lead.
Referrals
Grouped by who sent them. Referrals close far better than cold leads, worth knowing who's actually sending you business.
Client opportunities
Everything the book says is worth doing, ranked, from every screen at once. Every item names the record that produced it, and nothing appears here that the data does not support.
Rescue
People whose application ended but whose sale did not. Each row says what happened, why, what the objective is now and what to do next. Nothing here is a new lead and nothing here is an active application. A rescue only reaches Today when something is actually due.
Client lifecycle
What is owed on each client after the sale: onboarding, the first premium, the annual review, the beneficiary check. A milestone with no date behind it says which fact it is waiting on rather than inventing one.
Re-quote opportunities
Approved clients whose situation may have changed enough to be worth a check-in call, a graded period ending, or their real current age drifting from what's on file.
Agent OS
Continuous book coverage. Agent OS keeps routine follow-up moving on the server; your Tasks stay reserved for promises, judgment and exceptions. The status separates analysis from real customer outreach, so ON never quietly means doing nothing.
How outreach works: Agent OS can text only when business messaging is approved and each lead passes opt-out, DNC, quiet-hour and recent-reply checks. Held means a workflow is waiting on permission, timing, evidence or a human decision. Routine call steps go to Contact Queue and the Dialer, not your personal Tasks.

Your working day

This decides what counts as "today" and "yesterday" in your numbers, so a night that runs past midnight stays one day.

Import call results
Paste the results file from your dialer, including the header row. It matches on the LeadID column if it survived the round trip, otherwise on phone number, and applies the outcome so your status rules fire exactly as if you had dialed here.
Understood outcomes: answered, connected, interested, callback, no answer, busy, voicemail, not interested, do not call, wrong number, sold, qualified. Anything else is skipped and reported.

Reads off the carrier's illustration. It never projects a value of its own, because arithmetic that ignores cost of insurance and expense charges overstates cash value.

Where the product changes price
These breakpoints are structural, not opinion. They come from the carrier product guides. Crossing one can lower the cost per thousand even though the face amount went up, so it is always worth quoting the next band before you settle.
Typical ranges by situation
Read this honestly. The income multiples are Transamerica's published table and the product breakpoints come from the carrier guides. The "typical range" column is a field rule of thumb to orient you, not verified market data. Never quote it to a client as an average.
Transcribe, do not calculate Run the illustration in the carrier software first, then copy its numbers into the rows below. This tool does no projecting. Every figure on the client sheet is one you read off the carrier's own illustration.
Policy as illustrated
Caps move. Read the cap off today's illustration rather than any guide, and note the date so you know when the sheet goes stale.
Cash value ledger
Both columns come off the illustration. The guaranteed column is the one the carrier is contractually bound to. Give it equal airtime.
Death benefit ledger
If they plan to borrow
Only fill this if the illustration actually shows a loan stream. If it does not, leave it blank and do not mention income.
Opening
Not approved for client use yet Transamerica's advertising bulletin requires materials be submitted through ComplianceMax and approved before use, and it names illustrations, scripts and presentations as advertising. Approval expires after a year, is limited to the states and audience you disclose, and is void if you change the piece. Send this through FFL or Transamerica compliance first. Two weeks minimum, three to four preferred.
